Ingredientes
- 1 taza de harina
- 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear
- 1 cucharada de azúcar
- 1/2 cucharadita de sal
- 1 taza de leche
- 1 huevo
- 2 cucharadas de aceite vegetal
Preparación
- En un tazón grande, mezcle la harina, el polvo para hornear, el azúcar y la sal.
- En un tazón aparte, bata la leche, el huevo y el aceite vegetal.
- Vierta los ingredientes húmedos en los ingredientes secos y mezcle bien.
- En una sartén a fuego medio, vierta 1/4 de taza de la mezcla para hacer cada panqueque. Cocine de 1 a 2 minutos por lado o hasta que estén dorados.
Huevos con tocino
Ingredientes
- 6 huevos
- 6 rebanadas de tocino
- 1/2 taza de queso rallado
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
- Perejil picado (opcional)
Preparación
- En una sartén grande, cocine el tocino a fuego medio hasta que esté crujiente. Retire el tocino y póngalo en un plato con toallas de papel para quitar el exceso de grasa.
- En una taza, bata los huevos con sal, pimienta y el queso rallado.
- Corte el tocino en pedacitos y agréguelos a la mezcla de huevos.
- En la misma sartén del tocino, vierta la mezcla de huevos y cocine a fuego medio, revolviendo ocasionalmente, hasta que estén cuajados.
- Adorne con perejil picado si lo desea.
